That being said there are certain aspects that our out of our control like the weather conditions and unforeseen material delays. Although all these factors come into play, we provide an accurate time line with our builds keeping you involved at all times.

We provide scheduled site visits/meetings to accommodate your requirements, ensuring a smooth building process and alleviating any construction-related concerns.

Please note that for safety reasons, it is necessary to be accompanied by an authorized personnel from our team throughout the entirety of the site visit.

As part of our commitment to transparency, we provide a clear and user-friendly job schedule that is continuously updated.

This allows you to stay informed about the construction progress and trade forecast, enabling you to manage any external requirements related to the build effectively.

If you don't have specific plans or designs yet, we can leverage our extensive experience by working closely with our drafts person/architect to fulfill your unique requirements and bring your dream design to life.

By combining the information gathered from our meetings, we will initiate the drawing process to develop a concept plan for your new home, renovation, or extension.
